Heel pain caused by calcium deposits on the heel bone, leading to discomfort during standing and walking.
What is Heel Spur?
→ A heel spur is a bony outgrowth (calcium deposit) that develops on the underside of the heel bone (calcaneus). It is often associated with long-term strain on foot muscles and ligaments, especially the plantar fascia. While some heel spurs may not cause symptoms, others can lead to pain during walking or standing, particularly in the morning or after rest.

→ Sharp pain while taking first steps
→ Pain during walking or standing
→ Inflammation around heel

→ X-ray (to detect bony spur)
→ Assessment of foot mechanics
Treatment Management
