What is Vertigo / Vestibular Rehabilitation?

→ Vertigo is a condition in which a person experiences a sensation of spinning or dizziness, as if they or their surroundings are moving. It usually occurs due to problems in the inner ear or the vestibular system, which is responsible for balance. Vestibular Rehabilitation is a specialized form of therapy designed to reduce dizziness, improve balance, and help the brain adapt to inner ear disturbances through specific exercises and movements.

→ Dix-Hallpike test
